Branding with chicken dominator

Branding can start with Chicken Dominator :

Yesterday it was raining heavily in Bangalore. So instead of  going out  we thought of ordering something to eat through online delivery agency.

After a long and hungry arguments we decided to order pizzas. As soon as we thought of pizzas, immediately the blue and dark red combo Domino's flashed.




After a prolonged thinking I understood that Domino's is not any more a pizza delivery hub but a brand that stands out from its mere competitors by way ahead.

Even  after a quick flash-back, I could not even remember How , When and by whom Domino's were introduced to our family.

Probably by my friend Domino's Dominic (who is not from Dominican Republic, a country in Caribbean). His hobby  is eating Paneer Makhani. Even though he introduced us Makhani which is  a veggie,We our self got introduced to Chicken Dominator , a non-veggie.. And from then it  started dominating our family.

 After tasting that Chicken Dominator yesterday, let me tell you a secret to enjoy a lazy rainy evening - Order Chicken Dominator.
Please don't panic thinking I may be  brand ambassador for domino's advertising and advocating you to taste Chicken Dominator.  And also believe me they are not going to give me a penny for this endorsement. How Foolish maybe I am doing something worth at free of cost???

So it's obvious that  Domino's the brand have build their kingdom of pizzas around customers
taste and trust. After tasting they themselves have become the brand ambassadors like me,

Now let's talk about how branding helps these branded companies an edge when
compared to their competitors.

1)  Branding helps in Recognition :
          As I already told you earlier, that I was able to recognize Domino's by blue-dark red theme logo, which means that this recognition has made me forget about other pizzas hubs and focus only on Domino's, So Branding helps in Recognition and helps you to beat your competitors by miles..

2) Branding tells your business DNA
    Soon as you enter the Domino's pizza website or app, we are welcomed with colorful and dark themes that we are  able to connect immediately with the blue-dark red logo which tells that their business model is colorful, and that's evident  even in their pizzas(very colorful) . First attraction is most probably the best attraction - as such they are able to attract their first - time customers too with their colors . Hereby they announce  their business DNA even before we taste those colorful pizzas.

3) Brand generates referrals
        The best example is me, a computer engineer talking about  Chicken Dominator.

4)Branding connects emotionally.
        We have seen huge crowds queuing up before Apple stores for getting Iphones.
Because Apple have somehow succeeded in making  emotional connect with their customers through their products and have made them to believe that Iphones are made
in heaven and it is a sin to die even before buying one of them.  And that's why people go to any
extend to get their I phones as soon as it gets released.

5) Branding is Trust
       Few years back the same Apple in point no 4 were charged by the FBI, for not helping them
in unlocking one of their customers/suspect  Iphone. Even after legal intervention Apple stood firm in their stand. As Apple vs FBI case is still in discussions we can’t talk more about that. But moving aside the legality issues its the trust that Apple has re-enforced on its customers
that no compromise will be made henceforth



It's the same trust people have in google pay,paytm etc  and are so customers are  ready to share most of their personal and important information like their bank account details etc.
Take my friends scenario where he confronted his status as married in google gmail even before informing it to his parents.

0) Branding in everyday life.
        What  If u wanted answers for the following questions, what is the route to Himalayas? what is emcee square?  How some husbands are happy even after marriage?
You immediately Google It right.  (We already forget that there is a term called ’search it’).

But that's what google has done to us. With google and its products like map, email, drive , calendar to name a few, have programmed us  that Google is our day to day Savior and Googling is a daily activity that most technical persons including me have fallen into this trap.

So lets start branding….
